OUR DELIVERY OPTIONS

Free UK Shipping for Orders over £50

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 9pm by the following day (excluding Sundays). Orders placed after this time may be delayed until the following working day, although we will do our best to dispatch sooner if possible.

All orders are delivered by My Hermes: www.myhermes.co.uk who aim to deliver within 3 days from dispatch. They will attempt 3 consecutive deliveries, or you can nominate a safe place for your parcel to be left.

In total, please allow 4-5 days for delivery (excluding Sundays). 

Click & Collect

If you are local to South East London, you can also choose to Click & Collect from our South London pop-up shops, where we can help you to get your new sling fitting perfectly.

The addresses for collections are: 

Mondays: 57 North Cross Road, London, SE22 9ET. Open from 10am-4pm. 

Tuesdays: The Florence Pub, 131-133 Dulwich Rd, Herne Hill, London SE24 0NG. Open from 10am-12pm.

If you are collecting from the pop-up shop, please ensure your order is placed before 10pm on the night before so that we can pack and bring this along for you. Please indicate where you plan to collect from,

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Teething Jewellery (unless faulty)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us, including this information, to arrange your return on: hello@londonslings.com. We will let you know the address to return your item to, and once we have received the item, your refund will be processed.
